I understand if I am employed, any misrepresentation or omission of material facts on this application is sufficient cause for dismissal for from further consideration of employment.

Employment will depend upon the successful performance of work assigned to me during a probationary period of 13 full scheduled work weeks. After successful completion of the 13 week probationary period, continued employment is based on meeting company performance standards and the employment needs of EBAA Iron Inc.

I authorize EBAA Iron Inc. to investigate and verify and information contained within this application and to obtain any additional information that may be necessary in arriving at an employment decision. I authorize all persons, schools, companies, corporations, law enforcement agencies, and any other agency or institution to release any information concerning by background. I agree to submit to alcohol and/or drug screening tests, if requested of me, at any time prior to or during my employment.

I further understand that no person other than the President of EBAA Iron Inc. has the authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time.
